Un \u00e9quipe multidisciplinaire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e s\u2019occupe ensuite des nouveau-n\u00e9s dans le service de n\u00e9onatologie : des n\u00e9onatologues, des p\u00e9diatres, des infirmi\u00e8res, des psychologues, un psychiatre p\u00e9diatrique, un chirurgien p\u00e9diatrique, une infirmi\u00e8re lactation, un cardiologue, un neurop\u00e9diatre, un travailleur social, des physioth\u00e9rapeutes, etc.<br \/>Que ce soit dans l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019infantile intensive ou dans l\u2019unit\u00e9 Koala, les soins sont adapt\u00e9s au comportement du b\u00e9b\u00e9. Comprendre ce que le b\u00e9b\u00e9 pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 nous dit n\u00e9cessite une formation particuli\u00e8re pour les soignants.
